甲型流感
根据本地媒体报道，我国在五月二十七日出现第一起境外入口的H1N1甲型流感病例。传染病中心发言人表示，女病患目前情况稳定，本地目前还没有本土感染的确诊病例，当务之急是要确保病毒不会在社区里传播开来。女病患离开机场后，就乘私人汽车回家。几小时后，她感觉不适，便到附近的家庭诊所挂号探病。

这短短的6个小时里，我们从这位女病患身上看到了她的尽责，她的过去经验和她的知识。生病，就应该马上看医生。防止甲型流感在新加坡扩大是每人民的责任，我们并不能单单依靠政府。团结就是力量，虽然现在新加坡已经有一百多起的病例，但是我相信如果大家都尽一份力，病毒很快就会远离新加坡了。

我们所做的防范包括；每个人都有一个温度计，一发烧立刻去看医生，还有政府特别设了一个专线提供给那些发烧的人民。我们也在出境入口，添加了测温度的机器，防止发烧并可能已经被传染甲型流感的人进入新加坡。

心情日记

在六月二号我跟我的家人去了一年一次的食物展。我还记得那天阳光普照，是个出门的好日子。我们决定到那里吃午餐，因为那里有着许多不同样化的食物。由于我们到达的时候，时间还早，所以人潮并不多。

由于是最后一天了，商家纷纷以最低的价格来吸引顾客的眼光。也有许多商家以“买一送一”和送赠品的方式来吸引顾客。食物展也有许多比较少见的食物出现，例如：爱玉冰 - 其实是我们吃的纹头雪，不同的是，爱玉冰是喝的，也有龙虾粥，虽然一碗要价六元，但是它是真材实料，非常划算。也有许多旧的商品推出新的口味或新的样貌，例如：圆形的肉干。

我们在那里吃的午餐是罗米饭，我们也有吃dodo品牌的食物，我们也买了一碗鱼翅来尝尝味道，它的味道让我们失望了。我们也看到了包装好的食物，是那种回到家只需要弄烧便能吃的，例如：猪脚和药材鸡。一只药材鸡只要价十元，非常划算又方便。

如果大家吃腻了食物中心的食物，不妨考虑到食物展走一走，可能会有意想不到的收获。

校园活动-课外活动

校园活动-课外活动
我的课外活动是羽毛球。我的课外活动每个星期都会举行三次，分别在星期二，三跟五。在星期二和三，课外活动的时间是三点半到五点半，而在星期五，举行的时间是两点半到五点半。教练都会选择在星期五举行体格训练，因为训练的时间有三个小时那么长。

我们每次训练都会绕三个羽毛球场跑五圈，让我感到非常累。接着就会做二十五次的腹地挺身和仰卧起坐。但是如果是进行体格训练的话；曾经有一次，教练让我们绕着三个羽毛球场跑了三十五圈。他也曾经让我们爬楼梯到第三楼，跑一圈，然后，到第二楼，再跑一圈，然后到第一楼才算是一圈，他让我们跑了足足五圈。可是由于我的体能较弱，我承认我偷懒，不过我是跑一会儿，累了，走一会儿，再跑一会儿。

虽然我们的体格训练很辛苦，我还是喜欢我的课外活动。

自我介绍
大家好！我是就读培德中学3E4的符淑惠。
我平时喜欢读故事书和上网，有时也会睡午觉。俗语说，“休息是为了走更长远的路”(:
美华小学是我的母校，每年的教师节，我都会回去看望曾经教过我的老师。不过很可惜的是，多数教过我的老师已经离开那所小学了。

由于我在小学的期间，体重其实是偏高的，所以老师建议我去参加“体育协会”，虽然它叫作“协会”但是它只是个课外活动。它与其他课外活动不同的事，我们每个学期都会尝试不同的运动，例如棒球，足球等等。我现在的课外活动是羽毛球！虽然它的训练很辛苦，但我还是喜欢我的课外活动。

在这次的年中考试，我的成绩并不理想，由此是我的数学成绩，我会发奋图强的，希望至少在年尾可以及格。

Todae was the last day of the science thingy.Woots!!!hahaz anyway i realise tat i havent post anything for ermm like abt 2 months??(nt sure) so i decide to post todae...btw tmr i hve my home eco test and we r suppose to cook fried rice..so me and my partner( yunqi)went to my hse todae and tried to cook it and ....its was ok ba....i tink i only hope to do my best tmr XD wish me luck ^_^

todae was the first day of skool and its dammm tiring cause sat for a LONG time then the teachers ALL talk crap -_- anyway luckily got no homework cause my sis got...wukakaka... anyway i cant believe tat 2 WHOLE months has been over T_T,,times realli flies when u r hving fun (y cant time oso fly tat fast when i was in skool -_-) so tats all for now cause im lazy to type any longer so CYA
